DeForest Area High School
A 102,000 SF renovation and expansion delivering a new three-station gym, pool with locker rooms, spectator seating, and reimagined commons areas for students.

On the jobsite.
As the student population at DeForest Area High School continued to grow, district leaders planned an expansion to accommodate both current and future enrollment.
The build added a three-station gym and an aquatics facility with locker rooms, spectator seating, and public access.
After completion, the former gym and pool footprint, along with several other building zones, were renovated into two expansive commons areas where students can eat, study, and gather.
The 102,000 SF project gives students a university-center-like experience with greater freedom and recreational space — built faster and safer thanks to the MULE lift-assist on heavy 32" CMU.
